The outside of the shelters are first treated with a chemical used by the military to prevent rust.
It turns any rust into an harmless oxide.
We then seal them with an epoxy/tar blend. Unlike regular tar roof coatings, this dries hard.
It's even used by the U.S. Corp of Engineers on dam gates and offshore drilling rigs.
The inside is finished with professional Rustolem(tm) gloss white.
